Ingredients
- 3 T honey
- 1 750 ml bottle of dry chardonnay
- zest of 1 orange
- juice of 1 orange
- 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1/4 C dried apricots
- 2 garlic cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all but garlic cloves in a sauce pan and reduce by half.
Strain into a food processor and process until smooth. If it still needs to thicken up, return to the sauce pan and reduce until the desired consistancey. I like a light syrup.
