- 14 ounces canned salmon
- 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
