Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup Baker's Angle Flake Coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter, and vanilla in blender. Cover and blend on low speed for about 3 minutes.Pour into greased 9"pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes; then sprinkle top with coconut. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cooled.
