Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. baking cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. M&M's, divided

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese, both sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking cocoa, baking soda and salt to the bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Stir in 1 c. chocolate chips and 1/2 c. M&M's.
Press mixture into a 12" oven-safe, non-stick skillet. I used my cast iron skillet. If you don't have a 12", 10" will do too, but the cookie will be thicker so you'll need to bake it for longer.
Press remaining 1/2 c. M&M's on top and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. I baked mine for 15 and it was still slightly gooey, which is how I like it. If you prefer it to be less gooey, shoot for the other end of the spectrum.
Remove from oven and serve warm with vanilla ice cream and sprinkles.
