Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 # Ground Chuck, Cooked & Drained
- EVOO
- 1 Onion Sliced Thin
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 1 Yellow Pepper Sliced & Cut in Half
- 1 Red Pepper Sliced & Cut in Half
- 3/4 C Carrots Diced
- 3/4 C Raisins (Soak in Water 20 Minutes)
- 1/2 C Dry White Wine
- 1/4 C Green Olives Sliced, Drained
- 1 T Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 8oz Can Stewed Tomatoes, Undrained
- 4oz Can Tomato Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preparation
Step 1
Large Sauce Pan, Add EVOO,Onion & Garlic, Saute 3-5 Minutes.
Add Peppers & Carrots, Saute 3-5 Minutes.
Add Cooked Meat to Pan, Stir in Remaining Ingredients and Bring to Boil. Reduce Heat, Simmer 15-20 Minutes, Stirring Often.
Discard Bay Leaf and Serve With: Rice, Black Beans, Lettuce and/or Green Onions for Garnish.
