Lemon Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon jello (3 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cold water
  • 1 cup cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Add lemon jello to a bowl and pour boiling water. Stir jello until dissolved.

Pour jello mixture in blender. Add in cream cheese and cold water and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

Pour mixture into large bowl and add cool whip. Mix together until well blended and smooth.

Spoon into four to six dishes. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
