Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cans of bean dip
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 small can of sliced black olives
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag corn chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook beef until done and no longer pink. Drain and set aside to cool.

2. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning, set aside.

3. In a 9x13 clear glass pan, spread bean dip. Evenly spread meat onto the bean dip, then spoon on sour cream mixture. Sprinkle on cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onion and top with black olives. Serve with corn chips.
