Oyster Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 3 1/2oz can smoked oysters in oil
  • 3 16oz can whole green beans drained
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

DAY BEFORE SERVING: stir together salt, vinegar, garlic powder in large bowl. Add oysters with the oil and blend well.
Add green beans, onions and peanut oil to above mixture. Toss well and coat beans. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
