  • 1 can Light Coconut Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 3 Tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 large Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro

Step 1
