Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, chopped
- 6 hamburger buns

Step 1
Cook hamburger, set aside. saute the vegetables in butter. Mix ketcup, worchestershire sauce, beef broth, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and simmer. Mix cornstarch and water and make a paste and add to pan to thicken the sauce. Cut up provolone cheese and mix in. Serve on hamburger buns.
