Flat Belly - Tropical Fruit Dip 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 pk (8 oz) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 small papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 small star fruit, sliced
  • 1/2 pineapple, cored, trimmed, and cut into spears
  • 1/2 cup Brazil nuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Stir together the cheese, honey, ginger, and cardamom until well blended. If time permits, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to blend the flavors.

2.) Divide the cheese mixture, strawberries, papaya, star fruit, pineapple and nuts into 4 portions. Dip the fruit into the cheese mixture, then into the nuts.
