  • Whole bottle of seasoned rice vinegar, half bottle or less water(refill bottle back), 3-4 TBS Sugar, heavy pinch of salt and crushed red peppers. Bring to a boil and then cover 1 large red onion that has been cut into thin slices. Refrigerate
