Ingredients
- 3 large portobello mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (evoo), plus more for drizzeling
- Steak seasoning blend, such as Montreal Seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Scrape the gills off the mushrooms and drizzel with olive oil, season with steak sauce.
Grill mushrooms until just tender, 3 or 4 minutes on high under a loose aluminum foil tent. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
Combine parsley, bread crumbs, and Cheese.
Slice grilled caps into 1/2 inch strips. Turn strips in beaten egg then coat in parsley mixture.
Coat a nonstick skillet with a thin layer oil and place over medium high heat.
Cook "fries" until brown, 2 or 3 minute
