Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • parsley
  • turmeric

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.



2. Add mixture into one and a half cups boiling water for five to six minutes until it begins to get slightly brown in color (almost like it's being caramelized).



3. Pour liquid into an 8 x 8 baking sheet, refrigerate for one hour and slice into tofu cubes. Enjoy by itself or add it into a recipe like buffalo tofu wraps.
