Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4.5 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
- Salsa or Picanta sauce

Step 1
Mix chicken and cilantro. Top 1/4 of the chicken mixture and 1/4 cup of cheese on each of 4 tortillas. Top with another tortilla. Cook on a grill or a skillet.
