Ingredients

  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 3 tsp of honey
  • 1 juice of a lemon
  • 2 tsp grape seed oil
  • 2 cloves of pressed garlic
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of salted herbs
  • 3 to 4 fresh rosemary stems
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • a small handful of freshly chopped fresh savoury

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 ° F.

2. On a cutting board, remove the green leaves from the cauliflower and cut the base slightly (not too much, so that the cauliflower can still stand in one piece).

3. Mix together the honey, lemon juice, oil, garlic, turmeric, cumin, salted herbs and pepper. Emulsify and set aside.

4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Make sure the paper is slightly longer than the sides of the pan.

5. In a baking pan, spread a drizzle of grape seed oil, drop the rosemary stems and the whole cauliflower (you can place the rosemary stems directly under the cauliflower, Aroma of these stems will perfume more).

6. Using a fork, prick the cauliflower and pour the sauce directly on top.

7. Put the pan in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the cauliflower is roasted and slightly tender.

8.Serve and decorate with fresh savory.
