  • 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled to directions
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar Alfredo cheese sauce
  • 2 1/2 pounds Philly steak beef (or chicken), cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups sautéed onions, cooled
  • 2 cups sautéed mushrooms, chopped and cooled
  • 2 cups sautéed green peppers, chopped and cooled
  • 2 cups sautéed broccoli rabe, chopped
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups sharp provolone, shredded
  • Fresh ground salt and pepper

Directions
1. In the 9.5” square Copper Chef pan, pour1 cup of marinara sauce on bottom and spread.
2. Add layer of cooked pasta, half of the Alfredo sauce, half of steak, mushrooms, peppers, broccoli rabe and onions.
3. Add one more layer of pasta, other half of the Alfredo sauce, mushrooms, onions, peppers, broccoli rabe.
4. Top with last layer of pasta, remaining marinara sauce, and then top with provolone cheese.
5. Cover with lid and bake at 350º F for 20-25 minutes.
6. Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes uncovered.
