Ingredients
- 2 (3.5 oz.) cans whole chillies, split & seeded
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup half n half
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 3/4 s bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 *
Cut chilies into strips and layer half on bottom of greased casserole
Cover with half of cheese
Repeat layers.
Combine milk, eggs, salt, pepper and flour.
Pour mixture over chillis n cheese, lifting with spatula to let mixture run underneath.
Top w/ crumbs
Bake until knife in center comes out clean. - approx. 30 - 40 min.
Can be baked the day before and reheated before serving.
Freezes well after baking.
Thaw & reheat
