Ingredients

  • 4 c. bread flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast (or 1 packet)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water (110 degrees)

Preparation

Step 1

Add flour, sugar, yeast and salt to kitchen aid and stir with dough hook. Slowly add water and oil. Knead for 2 minutes. Place in oiled bowl, cover with towel and let raise in warm place until doubled in size 45-60 min. Divide into 2 and roll out into pizza, put on oiled or corn meal covered pizza pan. Let raise 1/2 hour and then bake at 400 for about 15 minutes. Now ready to use
