FRIED****Five-Minute Rice Bowl

15/07/17 - Had this as a dinner while recovering from food poisoning (damn The Keg!). I'm sure I'd like it otherwise too, maybe with some greens thrown in, etc.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon EVOO
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- pinch of Shichimi Togarashi or Aleppo pepper
- pinch of smoked Maldon salt
- 1/2 package PC Blue Menu Whole Grain Brown Rice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a small skillet and cook the egg until the white is done, covering with a lid if necessary. (If you preheat the skillet for several minutes on medium heat, you won't need a lid)
Put the rice in the bottom of a bowl and top with the fried egg and the fat from the pan.
Drizzle with the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle over the sesame seeds, salt and Shichimi Togarashi.
