- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 pounds Skirt or Flank Steak (lightly pounded)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in large zip lock bag. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Grill for 2 to 4 minutes per side side for medium rare or 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
