  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cream of tartar

Step 1


1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Whisk egg whites vigorously until you achieve "soft peaks."
3. Spoon egg whites into 4 cloud formations in Copper Chef Skillet.
4. Using the back of the spoon, make an indentation in the center of each cloud.
5. Bake the egg whites in the skillet for 3 min, uncovered.
6. Carefully remove the pan with hot mitts, and gently drop one yolk into the center of each cloud.
7. Bake for 2 minutes.
8. Serve.
