Ingredients
- 2 T freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 1/4 lb pork tenderloin

Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in a Ziploc bag and seal. Rub the spices into the meat. Refrigerate for 2-18 hours, rubbing the bag to distribute the spices a few more times.
Grill over direct, high heat, turning it onto all four sides, until browned, 14-17 minutes. (Thermometer at 170 for well-done). Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
