Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon italian seasonings
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- 3-1/2 tablespoon olive oil -divided use
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 4 garlic clove, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup wine
- 1-1/2 cup heavy cream
- 16 oz fettucinni cooked

Step 1
Preheat oven 350. On a plate mix flour, italian seasonings, salt and pepper. In a bowl put milk.
Dip each chicken tenders in the flour, then dip in milk. Add olive oil and cook tenders. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Cook chicken. Once all the chicken is cooked add olive oil to pan. Add onions and garlic and cook onions, then add peppers.
Add white wine. add heavy cream and allow to softly simmer 5-7 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
In a casserole dish add fettuccini. Pour sauce on top and mix well.
Evenly spread the noodles then top with chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan on top bake in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
