- 8 sausage patties
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- salt & pepper
- Red pepper flakes, optional

Step 1
Cook sausage patties over medium heat, when done, remove sausage and use drippings for gravy.
Stir the flour into the drippings and cook for a couple minutes to bring to a boil. Add the milk, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes and cooked sausage crumbles and continue to stir to avoid lumps. Bring gravy to desired consistency. The longer it cooks, the thicker the gravy.
