Ingredients

1.5 ounce vodka
.5 ounce elderflower liqueur
1.5 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
Mint sprigs
Soda water

Step 1

Combine vodka, elderflower liquer and grapefruit juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain over fresh ice. Top with soda water and a sprig of mint.
