Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz bbq sauce or Asian marinade
- 4 lbs thin sliced short ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups beef stock
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate ribs in a freezer bag overnight with sauce
Brown meat on cooktop in oil.
But in braising pot with remainder of ingredients.
Braise at 325 for 2 1/2 hours.
I served with rice.
