Ingredients
- 1 16oz can jumbo biscuits
- 1 lb hot sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 2 cups Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 2.75oz packet country gravy mix
- 2 cups water

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut each biscuit into eighths. Line bottom of greased 9x13 pan with biscuit pieces. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over biscuits. Sprinkle cheese evenly over sausage.
In medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture over casserole.
In the same medium bowl, combine gravy mix with 2 cups water until well mixed. Pour gravy mixture over egg layer.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and firm in center.
