Ingredients
- Sliced venison steak
- Sliced onions and garlic.
- Beef bouillon
- Salt
- Peppper
- Garlic salt.

Preparation
Step 1
Season and fry venison with onions and garlic until venison is just pink. Add beef bouillon to water. Add to venison. Pack tightly into pint or quart jars.
Process quarts for 90 minutes at 10 # pressure or pints for 75 minutes at 10 # pressure.
