- 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1 jar (32oz.) Prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
- 8 oz. ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 pkg.(10oz.) frozen chopped and dried spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles, cook and drained
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown and drain sausage. Inbottom of 9x13 pan spread thin layer of sauce. Mix beaten eggs into spinach. Add cut cheese, ricotta, and parmesan. Layer noodles, spinach, sausage, mozzarella cheese, sauce, noodles, spinach, etc. ending with mozzarellla.
Bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with more mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.) and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
