Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean hamburger
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 5 celery stalks
  • 5 small to medium potatoes
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small pkg. lipton onion cup of soup or 2 tbsps. onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp. H.P. sauce
  • 1 tbsp. worcestersire sauce
  • 11/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream soup of your liking.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425*F
Cook and drain hamburger and pork.
Grate 5 vegetables and simmer until tender.Drain.
Add all but Cream of mushroom soup and the vegetables to the drained meat mixture.Fold in 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup. Fold in cooked vegetables.Simmer. Add to pie crust. Cover edges of pie crust with foil while baking. Bake for 30 minutes.Pies freeze well. Reheat frozen pies for 45 minutes at 375*F
