Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
8 1/2 oz. corn bread mix
1/2 cup 2% milk
15 1/2 oz. canned corn
14 3/4 oz. canned creamed corn

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and sour cream. Mix in corn bread and milk, alternately. Fold in the corns and stir.

Bake in a greased 3 quart casserole and bake 325 degrees for 90 minutes.
