Pesto Cream Sauce

Ingredients

• 3/4 c heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 c water
• 2 tbsps. Butter
• 1/4 c prepared pesto sauce
• 1/8 tsp. Garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 c Parm. Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat heavy cream & water in a small sauce pan over medium heat until hot, not boiling
Add butter, pesto sauce, garlic powder & salt
Reduce heat &!continue to cook about 5 minutes over low heat
Stir in Parm. Cheese
