Ingredients
- Two bags of sauerkraut
- 5 large onions (chop large)
- 1 Tbls. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- Kielbasi

Step 1
Squeeze juices out of sauerkraut and reserve some juices to the side.
Fill large pot with water 1/3 full and set to boil
Saute chopped onions with 1 Tblsp. butter until onions are well browned.
Add 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper to boiling water. Add sauerkraut to boiling water. After onions are brown, add to sauerkraut and cook on medium heat for approx. 2 hours. Add Kielbasi to sauerkraut and cook for about 20m. until meat is heated through.
