Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup apricot brandy
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup butter softened
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon each orange, lemon and vanilla extract
- GLAZE
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- fresh lemon

Preparation
Step 1
preheat ven to 325*
grease and lightly flour a 10 inch tube pan with removable bottom
in mixing bowl, combine sugar, flor, salt, baking soda, Brandy, sour cream, butter, eggs and extracts
mix all ingredients with electric pan
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes or until done in middle
cool for 20 minutes and remove cake from pan
GLAZE
add apricot sector to powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach desired consistency
add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and pour over cake,
