Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 treapoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- kosher salt to taste
- Gravy
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 large onions diced. about 2 cups
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1-1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, tomato paste, mustard, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, bread crumbs, pepper and salt.Mix until combined all of the ingredients. Shape into patties.
Heat in a large skillet over medium heat cook the patties until done.
Prepare the gravy, add the onions until transluscent and carmelized. Sprinkle with flour over the onions and stir to coat. Add beef broth, thyme and soy sauce and raise heat to medium. Add beef patties and simmer, cover,
cookfor 15 to 20 minutes until cooked throughly. Serve warm.
