Ingredients
- 1 cup Malibu coconut rum
- 1/2 cup Thai coconut milk
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup simple syrup•
- Ice
- 1/8 cup Blue curacao
- 4 coconut slices (for garnish)
- "To make simple syrup: Combine equal parts
- sugar and boiling water. then cool.

Step 1
In blender, combine rum, coconut
milk, juice, and syrup with ice. Blend
until mixture is foamy. Pour into
glasses; add splash of Curacao, then
garnish with coconut slices.
