Ingredients

• 1 cup Malibu coconut rum
• 1/2 cup Thai coconut milk
• 3/4 cup pineapple juice
• 3/4 cup simple syrup•
• Ice
• 1/8 cup Blue curacao
• 4 coconut slices (for garnish)
• "To make simple syrup: Combine equal parts
• sugar and boiling water. then cool.

Preparation

Step 1

In blender, combine rum, coconut
milk, juice, and syrup with ice. Blend
until mixture is foamy. Pour into
glasses; add splash of Curacao, then
garnish with coconut slices.
