Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, combine the avocado, mayo, pepper, shallot, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Purée until smooth.Cover and refrigerate until needed.
