Ingredients

  • 1

    Red onion, chopped

  • 1

    green bell pepper

  • 1

    rib celery

  • 2

    andouille sausages

  • 1

    can fire roasted tomatoes

  • ½

    cup uncooked rice

  • 2

    tsp creole seasoning

  • 3

    oz uncooked, peeled, deveined shrimp

  • Cilantro and hot pepper sauce

Directions

1. Layer onion, bell pepper, sausage, and celery in pot. 2. Mix tomatoes, rice, and seasoning in a bowl, pour over vegetables and sausage. 3. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or until rice is cooked. 4. Stir in shrimp, cover and cook for 30 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro and tabasco.
