  • 4 oz. green bell pepper, rough chopped
  • 4 oz. celery heart, rough chopped
  • 6 oz cucumber, rough chopped
  • 3 oz mint, blanched and shocked in ice water
  • 3 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz salt
  • 1 oz sugar.
