Ingredients
- 1 package (2 sheets) Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry, thawed
- Powdered Sugar
- 8 oz tub of cool whip
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Steel Spiral Tube

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet
3. use a pizza cutter to cut into 30 even strip(3 rows of 10)
4. Roll each strip out until it is about 2.5 times in length
5. wrap the dough around the mold, pushing it down to seal as you go
6. Place the rolled mold on a baking sheet with the end side down so that it doesn't unwrap as it bakes. Bake at 400 for 12 mintues
(maybe try sticking some large white sugar granules sprinkles to this before baking)
7. Remove from molds and start the second batch
8. when cooled, pipe in filling.
Filling
1. Beat 4 oz of cream cheese and 3 tbs sugar until well blended
2. Mix in 2 tbs lemon until well blended.
3. fold in 8 oz of cool whip until fluffy
4. dust generously with powdered sugar
*** These could be filled with chocolate mousse as well or even cream puff filling ( moms or deanas)
Deanas-2 boxes of 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding
1 quart heavy cream. Beat together
