Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 5 large egs
- 2 tsps ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Pour evenly into lightly greased custard cups
3. Place custard cups in a roasting pan
4. Add hot water to the roasting pan to a depth of 1"
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins or until
custard is set and firm
6. Transfer custard cups to a wire rack to cool
completely
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 8 servings.
