Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped scallion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled
- 1 pound sea scallops
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pound lump crabmeat
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 cups fettucine, cooked; 1 pound uncooked
- 1/4 cup parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute scallion and garlic in butter 1 min, or until tender. Add seafood, saute until done, about 3 mins.
2. Reduce heat. Add half and half-crab; cook 3 mins, stirring constantly - do not boil. Gradually sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, cook 1 min, stirring constantly. Take off heat.
3. Combine with pasta, top with cheese and parsley.
Phenomenal.
adding a pinch of cayenne to this.
Adding herbs would be a nice touch.
