- 4 cups of cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup of onion, diced
- 1/4 cup of cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup of mixed frozen vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 pound of shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
