Pork Tenderloin with Ale

Ingredients
- 14 oz pork tenderloin
- 1 cup dark ale
- 1 small piece fresh ginger finely chopped
- 10 mushrooms
- 6 medium size, firm potatoes thyme, bay leaves and rosemary chopped
- 10 small white onions or shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ActiFry spoon corn oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the meat into slices about 1 cm thick and marinate them in dark ale to which you have added chopped garlic, ginger and herbs for at least a few hours.
2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges, lengthwise. Peel the small onions and cut in half. Pour 1 spoonful of corn oil in the ActiFry pan and cook the potatoes and small onions for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, drain the pork, saving the marinade. Pat the meat dry with paper towels.
4. Add the meat to the potatoes with the quartered mushrooms and brown for 5 minutes. Add the marinade and simmer for another 10 minutes.
