Breakfast Salmon Pizza

My husband loves bagels and salmon, but having to go on a low carb diet put a damper on his Father's day brunch. This pizza can be made with flat bread, pizza dough or Boboli's found in the grocery store.

Ingredients
- Vegetable cream cheese:
- 1 pkg. of smoked salmon
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- capers, drained
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 8 oz pkg. of cream cheese or homemade vegetable cream cheese
- 2 to 3 tbs. chopped fresh dill
- 1 pkg. pizza dough or premade pizza shell
- kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 3 radishes, small diced
- 4 to 5 scallions chopped
- 1 carrot, small diced
- 1 celery stalk, small diced
- 2 tbs. heavy cream
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- Beat all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.

Step 1
In a 400* oven bake until crisp the pizza dough. Let cool completely and then spread the cream cheese all the way to the ends of the pizza shell. Lay out the onion slices all over the shell and then sprinkle the capers all over the shell. Lay out the tomatoes and then chop up the salmon to lay on top of the tomatoes and any place where there isn't a tomato or onion. Sprinkle the chopped dill and then drizzle the lemon juice.
