- 1 10 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 C packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 C butter at room temperature
- 10 maraschino cherries
- 1 12 oz package buttermilk biscuits (10 Count)

Step 1
Grease 10 cups of a muffin tin, strain the pineapple, save juice for later. Combine pineapple, sugar and butter and mix well. Divide among muffin tins. Place a cherry in the bottom middle of each tin pushing to the bottom of the cup. Place 1 biscuit in each cup. Spoon 1 t of reserved juice over each biscuit. Bake 12 to 15 min or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes and invert pan over plate to release biscuits.
