  • 1 loaf of brioche bread cut into thick slices (7-8)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Set electric skillet to 350 degrees.
2. slice bread into 7 to 8 slices about 1 inch thick.
3. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, honey, cinnamon and salt until well combined.
4. cover skillet with butter until melted and bubbling.
5. Soak each slice of bread in mixture until soaked but not falling apart. Place each slice on skillet.
6. Cook until browned and firm. serve hot.
