Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely chopped unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 pound ground pork
- 3/4 pound ground turkey breast

Step 1
1. Prepare grill.
2. Combine first 11 ingredients. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
3. Place patties on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer registers 165°. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes.
These were great. Followed reviewers' advice to serve with a peanut sauce and agree these would not have been nearly as good without this. Sauce was to mix 4 tbsp peanut butter, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp lime juice, 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 piece ginger and simmer; adding water to the right consistency.
