Patriotic Fruit Pizza

12 inch pizza pan

Ingredients

• 1 package sliceable sugar cookies
• 1 package instant vanilla pudding
• 1 1/4 cup cold milk
• 1 cup cool whip
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows
• 2 cups cut up fruit (blueberries,strawberries, raspberries)

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 375*
line 12 inch pizza pan with foil, spray with cooking sray
arrange cookie dough slices in single layer on bottom, of prepared pan
press together to form crust
bake 1 to 16 minutes or until lightly brown
cool completely
beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk about 2 minutes
let stand 5 minutes
meanwhile, remove cookie crust from proper pan; place on plate
add cool whip and 2 cups marshmallows to pudding
stir gently just until blended
spread onto crust; top with fruit and remaining marshmallows
